OUR SOURCING & EXECUTION PROCESS

To maintain absolute transparency and eliminate transaction friction, every trade we orchestrate follows a strict, risk-mitigated procedural flow:

1. Inquiry & Specification Alignment:

We map out the buyer's exact technical and chemical specifications (e.g., metal purity levels, polymer resin density, or coffee bean moisture content) along with target destination ports and required volume schedules.

2.Allocation Matching & Mill Verification:

  • Phase 2

We match the client's order directly against our pre-vetted allocations at primary producers, securing the physical tonnage and locking in commercial terms.

3.Financial Engineering:

  • Phase 3

The transaction framework is activated using UCP 600 compliant Transferable or Back-to-Back Letters of Credit (LC). This utilizes institutional banking liquidity to secure the trade without tying up steep upfront cash deposits.

4.Independent Quality Gate (SGS/BV):

As cargo arrives at the origin loading port, independent inspectors (SGS or Bureau Veritas) conduct mandatory testing for exact chemical composition, weight, and grade compliance.
